Experience: 1-2 yrs hands-on AS2/AS3.

Necessary Skills: Flash AS2/AS3, OOPs concepts should be clear & applied in their flash scripting.

Good to have: Flash Remoting, FCS/FMS/BlazeDS, Adobe AIR. SCORM 1.2/2004., Flex 2.0/3.0. With good exposure to developing web applications (must have fair knowledge about backend technologies)
